Career Assure is an employability enhancement program offered by Career Nourishers. The program is aimed to fill the gap between current education system and the industry needs. It is designed to meet the evolving industry needs by imparting value added skills.

The course can also be organized in on-campus mode based on need of an educational institute.

Answer:

Employability skills are those skills necessary for getting into a professional job and be successful in them.

Employers are often looking for skills that go beyond educational qualifications and experience. For employers, getting the right people means identifying people with the right skills and qualities to fulfil the role and contribute to the organisation's success. Candidates may have the qualifications and 'hard skills' needed to be able to manage the job role but without a well-honed set of 'Employability Skills' employers are less inclined to hire. ‘Employability Skills’ are the foundation of one’s career building blocks. In a competitive world, these skills are increasing becoming essential for professional jobs.
